Looking for SW to convert video captured on an IP camera in MPEG-4 to be played on my website...got ideas?

It really depends what format you wanna use on your web-site and whether you wanna stream videos or offer them as downloadable files. Most video converters (http://all-streaming-media.com/convert-audio-video-files/) can convert MPEG-4 video to flash .FLV video, Windows Media .WMV video,....
