Haven't seen any DRM removal software (http://undrm.info/remove-DRM-protection/) for Windows ME. Of course you can use direct sound recording software to record anything from your sound card, but I would try every program that works on Windows XP first.

For Windows, I've been using the Soundtaxi (http://undrm.info/remove-DRM-protection/SoundTaxi-Convert-DRM-protected-music-from-Windows-Media-Player-iTunes-Napster-Yahoo-Music-Rhapsody.htm) for a long time. It works great.
