When i was on chat roulette, i got my webcam as my partner and someone hacked it? How can i stop this?!?

I saw myself on his screen. When i moved i moved on the other screen 2. Was I hacked? He then typed something like "MLS Movement" or idk I hit next. Then I saw me again and he was drawing on my face a cartoon. How can i tell if thess guys in my system? Was I hacked? I have a Mac OS X, and i did a MacScan and detecting 0 spyware. But still you never know, how can I tell?

I have the same problem. I was on chat roulette and all of a sudden this on came up and it was me! I dont know if it was video or a picture cus they left right away. Please help, i really don't want that all over the internet!? It wasn't inapropriate but still... What do you think?

when i was on chat roulette trying to chat and all the sudden this guy came and the camera not me and i was trying to trying to tell this pearson no because she wanted me to do somthing bad and i couldnt type or anything than all the sudden this pearson on my accnt not me on the video camera and shows his d on my accnt some how and i got banned
