1. How can you do it?

I already tried many Firefox/Chrome plugins, but it failed, or I got a light file "player" unreadable (251Kb), even if I add the extension .SWF or .FLV

2. Is there a FF/Chrome plugin that can RECORD the flow of a Flash video?
