It's working with rtmpdump like a charm ;) :D
But, can you please explain me why we can't play this link (.m3u8) directly with VLC ?

I believe rtmp URL would be
rtmp://185.24.221.74:1935/elhiwar/elhiwar?token=sEZ4ahZmIZLjeY22jVj55w&e=1454819085
Token is dynamic and changes everytime
