It seems to be an RTMP stream, but I couldn't get it with Replay Media Catcher (http://all-streaming-media.com/record-video-stream/Replay-Media-Catcher-HTTP-RTMP-FLV-MP3-ripper-recorder.htm). FLV Recorder (http://all-streaming-media.com/record-video-stream/FLV-Recorder-flash-video-stream-recording-software.htm) also doesn't work here.

I've contacted the developer of Replay Media Catcher. Hopefully he will be able to solve the problem soon.

I went the route of using video screen capture software (http://all-streaming-media.com/record-video-from-screen/). I tried a number of trial versions from different vendors and finally settled on WM Capture (http://all-streaming-media.com/record-video-from-screen/WM-Capture-screen-video-capture-software-that-records-with-high-quality.htm) from Applian. I have only used it once to date, but it captured the Redlasso video very well (high quality, high frame rate) and it did a very good job on the audio as well. The other products I tried lacked video quality and/or did not record internal audio. For some products, when they say they record audio, what they mean is from a mike input.

Downside - to get WM Capture, you have to buy their WM Recorder (http://all-streaming-media.com/record-video-stream/WMRecorder-One-click-online-audio-video-stream-recorder.htm) 12.0 Bonus Pack - for $79.99. I haven't tried WM Recorder or any of the other "bonus" programs. Don't know if they work well or not. But it was worth the price (to me) to get WM Capture.
