I am new to ebooks. Purchased a Kindle and two books then found out about DRM on books purchased from Amazon. I installed calibre 0.8.59 with plugin tool_v5.1 to remove the DRM from my books. I get "No Key Found" errors with both books. One book is .azw and the other is .azw3. The plugin that reports the error is K4MobiDeDRM v0.4.2.

I am using the calibre tools mentioned in that thread. I can't seem to find any discussion of why I am getting "No Key Found".

I found the "No Key Found" problem discussed and solved in Apprentice Alf's Blog.

As stated there, I uninstalled calibre, deleted the calibre library directory, re-installed calibre and the DRM tools plugins. Finally I removed all blank spaces in the Kindle Serial Number.

Problem fixed!
