It's an rtmpt stream. You can try the following programs to capture it:
RTMP Flash stream recorder (http://all-streaming-media.com/record-video-stream/record-streaming-video-Adobe-Flash-FLV-videos.htm)

p.s. rtmpt streams are very hard to record.

NOT WORKING
I've tried every rtmp recorder I know to no avail. I repeat RTMPT streams are very hard to record. I've notified some developers about this stream. Hopefully the update will be released very soon.

At the moment I can only suggest to use screen video capture software (http://all-streaming-media.com/record-video-from-screen/) to record from your screen.

Adobe is working so hard to keep us users from copying streaming media.. they have patented rtmp (must includes all the variants) and are working harder to put in more locks (like the sorcerer's stone in harry potter story). Layers upon layers of process, hiding, authentication, session, protocols, servers, tunnels, ports, ssl, DRM... it's not just as simple as copy and paste anymore..

It seemed absurd and selfish to patent a protocol to yourself, but once you have control over the flow, content providers would eventually falls into Adobe hands.. Whatever you want, you can get, only if you pay..

What began as a nifty animation gadget has transformed into the most important tool in internet multimedia delivery.. we just have to wait until history changes again.. for now, only screen cap is the only way to record your media.. unless someone reverse engineer swf and put in "Save media as" menu or come up with a terrific protocol/client/player/stream recorder/etc.. in time, there will always be another way around..

Once I figured out the right URL ingredients, rtmpdump worked great for me.
Try rtmpdump (http://all-streaming-media.com/record-video-stream/rtmpdump-freeware-console-RTMP-downloading-application.htm) or its successor flvstreamer like this:

rtmpdump -r rtmpt://fms1.selfcast.com/watford/eb2b85bd-245e-4d19-967a-c8b3cccfd7d9/aa492698-70b8-4ead-824d-f42afcec2107\?stream\=stream06042008204220 -o out.flv

or

rtmpdump --host fms1.selfcast.com --app watford/eb2b85bd-245e-4d19-967a-c8b3cccfd7d9 --playpath aa492698-70b8-4ead-824d-f42afcec2107\?stream\=stream06042008204220 -o out.flv

Try rtmpdump (http://all-streaming-media.com/record-video-stream/rtmpdump-freeware-console-RTMP-downloading-application.htm) or its successor flvstreamer
There are a couple of problems with rtmpdump (http://all-streaming-media.com/record-video-stream/rtmpdump-freeware-console-RTMP-downloading-application.htm) compared to other RTMP Flash stream recorders (http://all-streaming-media.com/record-video-stream/record-streaming-video-Adobe-Flash-FLV-videos.htm):

It can't find RTMP stream URLs (BTW what software do you prefer to use to find ones?)
It is a command line utility, so many newbies won't be able to use it.

But rtmpdump and flvstreamer are freeware and work on multiple platforms. This it is a huge plus for both programs.
