Just wondering you can put movies music games apps on it that would be pretty decent for working out and off hours?

You can have them, but there are exceptions to where they can be used.

They have a camera, so you cannot take them into any secure area, or area with sensitive information. And you would be amazed at what the military considers sensitive.

So don't take one into work areas, and you should be Ok.
