I have downloaded many YouTube videos, but Surface Windows RT don't play them, shows "Can't play" error. What’s the matter?

Most Videos from Youtube are .flv format and Surface does not support playing this kind of videos. You need transfer them to a suitable format like .mp4 and Pavtube Video Converter (http://www.pavtube.com/video_converter/) is capable of doing that. Give it a shot.

At the bottom of your youtube page there's a link to, "try something new!" On that page you can switch to html5 video. It might help, I personally found my computer was too slow for it.
