Please I used to have this video on another computer but I forgot how I downloaded it in the first place. I suspect that it is a RTMP. Please help me.

Thanks for the links, but I'm completely lost as how to use them. Do I need a program? Could somebody instruct me on what to do next?

Screen Capture (http://all-streaming-media.com/record-video-from-screen/) tools such as Replay Video Capture (http://applian.com/replay-video-capture/) record this fine - and are much more user friendly
RTMPDump is great - but has a bit of a learning curve :)
