I have a forum with VBulletin Software and this weekend I would like to have a live Video on my forum. I'm very new to shooting video's so I came here for help. Since my forum is about a Specific Dog Breed this weekend I would like to Video "Live" the Birth of Puppies while the birth is actually happening. Can anyone tell me what I need to do to be able to video this event.
I have the web cams all set up - but right now all I can do is use it for video chat.
any help you can give me would be greatly appreciated.
thank you in advance.

You can use streaming media server software to broadcast live streams. The most popular streaming media servers use HTTP /RTMP / RTMPE flash video streams. You can install your own server or rent this service.
You can also use p2p Internet TV software to broadcast live streams. This requires much fewer bandwidth from you.
