I have a 2 video that is
A &B : 1980 x 1080
A -
Data rate / 8212 kbps
Total bit rate / 8532 kbps
Frame Rate / 29 Frames/s
B -
Data rate / 8320 kbps
Total bit rate / 8416 kbps
Frame Rate / 30 frames/s
I can't choose which video quality are better!! I don't know what to look for...Is always frame rate is more important than bit rate???
let me know what you think!!

bitrate is important for video quality .. total bitrate include (Video + Audio) bitrate ...
More the bitrate more the qulity more the size
FPS (Frame per second ) is no of frames(pictures) running in 1 second in front of your eyes...

Those frame rates are essentially equal. You aren't going to notice a difference between 29 and 30 fps.

Just going by the numbers, and all else being the same, I don't think you would see much difference in the video. But the codecs used could make a difference. Some codecs can give you higher quality with a lower bit rate.
It appears that the audio bit rate in A is three times that of B. Is the audio quality important?

Audio quality in A is 320 kbps and in B is 96 kbps
DATA bitrate is the video bitrate.... go for A for overall gud video
