What is the best web-browser plug-in for downloading videos from YouTube and other video sharing web-sites?

I tried Fast Video Download (http://www.applian.com/fast-video-download/) plug-in (extension) for Firefox. It is great, but it supports only youtube.com, break.com, dailymotion.com, hi5.com, metacafe.com, vids.myspace.com, video.google.com and several other web-sites that I don't use. Well actually this list covers 95% of my downloading needs, but still I would like something more universal.

I'm Ok with many browsers. I just need the best plug-in, whether it is an extension for Firefox, a widget for Opera, a plug-in for Internet Explorer.

I also like Download Helper (http://www.downloadhelper.net/) extension for Firefox. The only problem is that sometimes it shows several videos and it is hard to decide which one of them you needed to save to your hard disk.
