There are many good online shops in Germany selling kid's bikes, car seats and strollers, but few of them offer international shipping.
I've shipped a car seat, a stroller and a kid's bike to Russia from Germany. I liked the prices so much that I have bought more car seats, strollers and bikes for me and my releatives.
