I would like to get a tablet or smartphone. I will need the one that is able to record/save/capture streaming videos. I haven't noticed any software for Android, iOS, Windows Mobile, Windows Phone, Blackberry OS, Symbian on this web-site. Are there any programs like that? And what is the best mobile OS for recording/saving/capturing streaming videos?
